How do I pick the right size

Size charts are provided for the clothing items on the Sizing page under FAQ. https://www.aliowlrising.com/sizing. The tops are all relaxed fit styles, you should not need to size up.

What is your return policy?

All of our products are made to order, so we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges.
Please double-check your size and address before placing your order. Feel free to contact us with questions.

If something arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out via our Contact Form (linked in the site footer) within 7 days and we’ll make it right.

Can I cancel my order?

Our orders are sent to a vendor to produce. We are subject to their policies. Orders move into production quickly, so cancellations or changes are not possible.
Please review your order carefully before checkout.

What are your shipping charges?

U.S. orders over $50 automatically qualify for free standard shipping.
It’s our way of saying thank you for supporting intentional, small-batch goods.

Under $50 are a flat fee of $4.95 shipping.

How long will it take to get my order?

Production time varies by the item type. Most are produced within 9 days with an additional 3 to 5 day shipping. Some product ship out the day after they are ordered.

Why did my order arrive in multple packages?

Since our products are made to order, they may ship from different production facilities. This means your items might arrive separately and on different days — for example, a mug could come first, then a shirt, then a journal. Don’t worry, everything is on its way! You’ll receive tracking for each shipment.

Where are your products made?

We work with Printful, a trusted partner who prints and ships from fulfillment centers across the U.S. Your order ships from the nearest location to you whenever possible. The blanks used as the base of the product are sourced internationally.

Are your products eco-friendly?

All products are printed using water-based, non-toxic, biodegradable inks that are Oeko-Tex™ certified and safe; even for children's apparel.
We also use on-demand printing, which reduces waste by only producing what’s needed.

Are you creating the designs?

Every design you see starts with my concept. I bring my ideas to life using a mix of tools — including my own artwork, curated design elements (like licensed clip art), and AI-assisted techniques and Photoshop. But no matter the method, the vision is mine. I don’t just “grab a design and sell it” I design, test, tweak, and infuse every piece with intention, meaning, and my personal aesthetic. AI assist means that while I may use some AI art for elements, I am still tweaking it and customizing it to make it my own.
